Gluten Free Instant Hot Cereal
We start with a dedicated Gluten Free Facility and triple test each and every batch of our cereal. The triple testing begins with pre-testing ingredients prior to bringing them into our blending facility. Once these have pass the pre-test, then they arrive in our facility and are quarantined. In quarantine, they are testing again to insure that they are indeed gluten free.

blend our 7 Organic Whole Grain mix with Flax and Chia Flour. Then we add the appropriate flavor or none at all for Original. Once this is complete, we test the completed batch for a third time to make 100% certain, the finished product is gluten free.
This process is done under the auspices of the Gluten Intolerance Group’ certification arm (GFCO).
